Regional
scholarships
Regional scholarships are valid for one academic year and can be
requested every academic year.
They can cover tuition fees and include a subsistence allowance, free or
discounted services, accommodation, and meals at university canteens.
According to the student’s status, there are 3 different maximum
amounts, paid in 2 instalments:
- on-site students: 2.682,77 euros
- commuter students: 3.889,99 euros
- off-site students: € 6.656,52 euros
All off-site
students who do not stay in one of the ESU residences are required to send a
copy of their rental agreement to the financial aid office (diritto.studio@iuav.it) by 31 January 2024.
International
students are included in the “off-site students” category (when a rental
agreement is submitted) except in the case their parents reside in Italy.
who can
apply
To apply for a regional scholarship, students shall meet all
the following criteria:
- ISEE
amounting to less than 26.306,25 euros and ISPE amounting to less than 40.031,27
euros (ISPE is included in ISEE)
- be enrolled in one of Iuav study programmes
To comply with the regional scholarship requirements, students need to
obtain at least 20 university credits by 30 November 2024 otherwise
the whole amount must be returned:
- do not benefit from other Italian or international scholarships/grants
- comply with the conditions to obtain a visa for Italy (non-EU students who
have not enrolled yet)
- meet the merit
criteria and other additional requirements (e.g., students enrolling in the second
year need 25 credits on their academic career by 10 August 2023, a 5-credit
bonus is available)
how to
apply
Students can apply online through the Student Web
Service Area - SPIN by filling in the “application for benefits”. Online
application will open on 26 July 2023
The deadlines for the online application are:
students enrolled in years following the first: 21 September 2023
first-year students: 8 October 2023
International students can submit their ISEE until 30 November 2023 and will be added to
the ranking list following its reception.
