objectives
The evolution of ICT
Information, BIM tools, regulations such as UNI11337 and ISO19650 and
organizational-management models of design and engineering firms, has had a
significant impact on the processes related to the management and control
throughout the life cycle of a project.
The AEC industry is
looking for professionals with high skills in:
·
BIM
processes and methodologies.
·
Architectural
design management.
·
Technical
design, on collaborating with other disciplines.
The objective of the
master is to train highly specialized professionals who operate at 360° in the
digitization of any architectural project. The professional figure is that of
an architect/engineer who knows how to organize his work and that of his
colleagues, aware of the information process required by an architectural
design. The data is created and managed through BIM techniques.
Professionals are
required to manage each task of a project, thanks to specific technical tools
for parametric modeling applied to the disciplines of the building process.
In order to meet these
needs, the course is divided into four modules with a final design workshop.
The first two modules
will be dedicated to deepening the operational skills in Revit 23, software in
the development of concept design, technical design and
manufacturing/construction design phases. Understanding scripting methods
through visual programming and Python programming language will be adequately
deepened.
The third module will
be dedicated to topics related to:
- project management
(management, optimization and verification of processes, phases and activities).
- federated models and
management of information exchanges among models for the cost estimation and
construction operation analysis thanks to TeamSystem CPM and Bexel Manager software.
-specific
methodologies for develop BIM-based technical design
-specific
environmental simulation, such as structural, acoustic, lighting, energy
analysis.
Particularly, some
specific such as team-work management and interdisciplinary integration and
code and model checking are developed.
Ultimately, the fourth
module will be dedicated to the internship and the final thesis.
