The study of
atmospheres has moved away from the narrow confines of specific disciplines and
is now claiming a central role in legal, political, architectural, managerial,
economic and artistic thought and production. In combination to such issues as
spatiality, geopolitics, urban management, and geographical complexity,
atmospheres can be a valuable tool for reconceptualising the practice and idea
of spatial justice. This symposium will examine issues that bridge atmospherics
and spatial justice.
